How Getref writes and reviews guides: sources, fact checks, independence from partners, corrections and updates.
How we write
Guides are written for traders who want a clear answer first and details after. Every guide starts with a short answer, then explains the details, the conditions and the risks.
Sources and fact checks
Exchange conditions are taken from the exchanges' official pages; each guide lists its sources. Numbers about exchanges are inserted from our checked data rather than typed by hand, so a guide shows the same value as the rest of the site — or "to be confirmed" when the value is not verified.
Independence
Partnerships never decide what we write or how exchanges are compared. We do not accept payment for reviews, and we do not reward users for reviews, links or posts about Getref.
Review and corrections
Every guide is reviewed by an editor before publication; there is no automatic publishing. When conditions change we update the guide and its date. If you spot a mistake, write to us on X (@getref_xyz) and we will correct it.
