Getref Rewards rules

Points are Getref's own reward for opening a new exchange account through Getref and for inviting friends. Points are not money, cannot be withdrawn and have no cash value. A rewards store is being prepared; its items, prices and terms will be published before it opens. Points do not expire. If we ever introduce an expiry date, we will announce it on this page at least 30 days in advance.

• A task counts only for a new exchange account opened through the Getref link or code shown in the task.
• After signing up, submit your exchange UID. One UID can be submitted from one Getref profile only.
• We check sign-ups with the exchange's partner data where it is available, otherwise manually. A screenshot alone is not proof.
• Points are credited only after approval. A rejection comes with a reason; some can be fixed and submitted again.

• You get points when a friend signs up with your link and when their exchange sign-up tasks are approved. Your friend keeps all their points.
• Self-invitations and several profiles of one person do not earn points. Referral points are credited after an automatic check and may wait if a daily limit is reached.

We may cancel an approval if we learn that the conditions were not met (for example, the account was not new or the exchange revoked the referral). The points are deducted with a separate entry in your history, and the related referral points are cancelled too.
